Terms of use and acceptable use
DRAFT — not reviewed by a lawyer and not in force. This is a plain-language starting point written by the software’s author from what the product does today, for qualified counsel to rewrite for the markets served. Square-bracketed items are decisions or legal details only the company and its counsel can supply. Nothing here has been agreed to by anyone.
Who these terms are between
The parent or guardian who creates an account, and PAPPLE WORLD FZE LLC, RAK, UAE [exact legal name, registration number and address to be completed by the company]. Children use the service only through a parent’s or guardian’s account and are not themselves parties.
Who may use the service
- An account holder must be an adult who is a parent or legal guardian of every child profile they add, or who has that person’s authority [minimum age of the account holder in each market: counsel].
- Children are for ages 3–17. A guardian chooses to give consent for each child profile and can withdraw it or erase the profile at any time from the family page.
- Educators use a separate page that shows only what a guardian chose to share. Having a class code does not make someone a verified teacher.
What the service is
Games and short lessons for children, with Happy Stars as learning points. Happy Stars have no cash value: they cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money. Rewards are virtual items or discount offers that a guardian must approve [wording of any discount offer and its conditions: counsel]. The lessons are general learning material and are not a substitute for school, professional, medical, legal or financial advice. There is no paid plan and no payment is taken today [future terms: counsel].
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- enter a child’s full name, photo, address, phone number, school or any other personal detail in a nickname, routine name or any text box;
- try to get into another family’s account, guess passwords, or get around the sign-in limits, the daily limits or the score checks;
- use scripts, bots or modified copies of the site to earn Happy Stars or to load the service heavily;
- share your account details, or let someone else’s child use your session in a way that misleads the service about who is playing;
- use the service to contact, pressure or collect information about children. The service has no chat and no way for users to contact each other, and we will not add one without a separate safeguarding review;
- copy, resell or republish the lessons or games without permission [licence wording: counsel].
What we may do
We may correct or remove content, change Happy Stars rules and limits, pause or close an account that breaks these rules or puts others at risk, and change or end the service [notice periods and refund position, if any money is ever taken: counsel]. Changes to Happy Stars earning rules go through a two-person approval inside the company where two administrators exist.
Reporting a problem
Children and adults can tap “Something wrong?” on a game or lesson and choose one of five fixed reasons. Guardians can also write to support at the address on the privacy notice [confirmed address to be inserted]. These reports are not an emergency channel. If a child may be in danger, contact local emergency services.
Accounts and data
How we handle personal information is explained in the privacy notice (draft). The cookies we use are described on the cookie notice (draft).
Our responsibility to you
[Warranty disclaimers, limits of liability, governing law, the courts that decide disputes and any consumer rights that cannot be limited: all for counsel. None have been written, deliberately.]
Changes and contact
Changes will be published here with a new version label (current: draft-2026-10) and, where required, account holders will be asked to agree again. Contact: [confirmed support address].
